who we are

comfy.fun is operated by Upsteak Tech S.A., a company in Panama. for questions or requests, for now, write to x.com/ComfyDotFun.

public by nature

wallet addresses and onchain activity — public on 0G for everyone. our indexer reads what the chain already shows, and the engine keeps an activity record derived from it.

what we store

login — you log in through Privy, with X or a wallet. we keep the link between your Privy account and your wallet address, and login sessions that expire after 24 hours.

X — if you log in with X, Privy keeps your X id, handle, name and picture, and comfy reads your X id and handle from Privy.

people who never joined — when a launch starts from someone’s X post, or names an X account as a fee recipient, comfy reads the post or the account’s public profile through twitterapi.io and stores its X id and handle. Privy then creates a wallet for that X account to hold its fee share until its owner claims it by logging in with X. this happens even if the person has never used comfy.

referrals — your referral code, and who joined through whose link and when. anyone can read an address’s referral list.

watchlists and alerts — the tokens you follow and your alert settings.

token details — images, descriptions and links you add to a token, shown publicly.

waitlist email — an email left on the /soon page goes to a Google Sheet through Google Apps Script, and is used only to announce the opening.

comfucius — your questions, with the chat so far, may be sent to an AI model on 0G’s compute network to write the answer. comfy does not store the chat.

token pictures — a picture uploaded for a token is checked by an AI model on 0G’s compute network before comfy keeps it. a picture that fails, or that could not be checked, is not kept.

the fire — the fire chat is closed. posts written there before, if any, stay stored with their address.

in your browser

monitoring — comfy measures page speed, errors and request timings with Grafana Labs’ real-user monitoring, sent through comfy’s own /api/t/faro. it keeps a session id in the tab’s storage and sets no cookies. comfy runs no advertising pixels.

browser storage — comfy keeps your wallet session, the referral link you came in on and unfinished launch forms in your browser. Privy and WalletConnect keep their own login and connection data there too.

fonts — pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives those requests.

who processes data

Privy (login and wallets), Google (fonts and the waitlist sheet), twitterapi.io (reading X posts and profiles), 0G’s compute network (comfucius answers and picture checks), Grafana Labs (monitoring), and Vercel, Render and Cloudflare (hosting; they handle every request, including your IP address).

your choices

unlinking X is not in the app yet; ask on x.com/ComfyDotFun. nobody can delete onchain activity.
